Tree Recycling (COMING SOON)
At Hendrix Land Services, we don’t just remove trees — we repurpose them. Our tree recycling approach is built on the idea that every tree cleared from a project site still has value. Rather than letting it go to waste, we use specialized equipment to grind, chip, and process tree material into usable resources like mulch, wood chips, and biomass fuel. This allows us to reduce disposal costs, lower our carbon footprint, and give back to the environment in a meaningful way.
We understand that land development often requires the removal of significant vegetation, but that doesn’t mean the materials have to end up in a landfill. By recycling trees on-site or transporting them to designated facilities, we eliminate unnecessary waste while creating byproducts that serve a new purpose — whether it’s mulch for landscaping, wood chips for erosion control, or fuel for renewable energy. Every piece of wood we handle is treated as a resource, not as garbage.
We Don’t Just Recycle Trees. We Provide a Solutions.

What We Recycle
We recycle whole trees, including trunks, limbs, and large branches, by breaking them down into usable materials like mulch or wood chips. Larger logs may be sectioned for milling or reclaimed for specialty projects. For smaller brush and shrubbery, we use high-efficiency grinders to turn them into fine mulch or compost-grade material, perfect for enriching soil or controlling erosion.

FAQs
What happens to the trees after they’re removed?
At Hendrix Land Services, we recycle trees instead of sending them to the landfill. Once removed, trees are chipped, ground, or processed into mulch, wood chips, or other reusable materials that can be used for landscaping, erosion control, or even renewable energy sources.
Can I keep the mulch or wood chips from my own trees?
Yes! Many of our clients choose to reuse mulch or wood chips on their own property. It’s a great way to enhance your landscape while reducing waste. Let us know during your project, and we’ll make sure the materials are set aside for you.
Do you recycle all types of trees and plants?
We recycle most tree types, including hardwoods, softwoods, and even small plants and bushes. Some materials may not be suitable for reuse due to disease or condition, but when recycling isn’t possible, we ensure safe and responsible disposal.
Is tree recycling more expensive than regular removal?
Not at all — in fact, it can often save you money. By recycling on-site, you may avoid extra hauling and disposal fees. Plus, you’re doing something good for the environment, which adds long-term value to your project.
